Eduardo Bolsonaro cries when talking about fear of prison

In an interview, federal deputy Eduardo Bolsonaro (PL) was thrilled to talk about the fear of being arrested in Brazil. On the morning of Tuesday (18), he announced that he will ask for leave in the House of Representatives and will remain in the United States, where he will be dedicated to the search for “sanctions on human rights violators” and “just punishments” to Minister Alexandre de Moraes and the Federal Police.

When questioned by the magazine Timeline If he had talked to his father, former President Jair Bolsonaro (PL), about the decision to be abroad, Eduardo could not hold back the tears. “My father wanted his son around him,” he said, visibly thrilled.

In an X (former Twitter) publication, Bolsonaro wondered if deforestation is now seen as “eco-friendly” when it occurs under a leftist government

Then the deputy revealed his concern about the possibility of never seeing his father again. “I don’t like it seems that I’m victimizing myself, but it’s a reality, a real possibility that I never see my father again. But it’s adulthood, sacrifice,” he said.

Eduardo’s decision takes place a few days before former President Jair Bolsonaro’s trial in the Supreme Court (STF), who will decide whether to accept the complaint of the Attorney General’s Office on the attempted coup. If the complaint is accepted, Bolsonaro and his allies will have to be responsible for the crimes related to the acts of January 8, 2023.

Investigation

In March, PT parliamentarians asked the Supreme Court for the seizure of Eduardo Bolsonaro’s passport, accusing him of promoting retaliation against Brazil during his trips abroad. The deputy reacted, stating that there was a “combined game” between Moraes, the PT and the Attorney General’s Office (PGR), with the seizure of his passport being an attempt to facilitate his arrest.

Eduardo Bolsonaro, who has been in the United States since February 27, has also been absent from an event promoted by his father in Rio de Janeiro on Sunday (16/3), which focused on the defense of amnesty those involved in the acts of January 8.
