Elections 2024: Can I vote in the second round if I am in another city?

In 51 municipalities, around 34 million Brazilians eligible to vote will be able to go to the polls to define the list of mayor and vice-mayor for the next four years in the second round of the 2024 municipal elections.
But will anyone outside of their city be able to participate in the vote?
As occurred in the first round, on October 6th, voters who are outside the city where they vote will not be able to participate in the election on October 27th (date of the 2nd round).
This is because voting in transit is only available in general elections (for the Presidency of the Republic, Federal Senate, legislative assemblies, Legislative Chamber of the Federal District, Chamber of Deputies and state governments).

Anyone outside the city where they vote must justify their absence from the polls, digitally, via e-Título, or in person, by delivering the completed Electoral Justification Request to the voting or justification reception desks, set up by the courts regional electoral offices and electoral offices.
Those who cannot present a justification on the date of the 2nd round will have a period of 60 days to justify their absence. The procedure must be carried out via e-Título, the Justifica System or by delivering or sending the Electoral Justification Request (post-election) to the judicial authority of the electoral zone responsible for the title. In any of these options, you must attach documentation proving the impossibility of attending the election.
