Former candidate of the new mayor of Guarujá is investigated by PF by Elo with CCP

The businessman Claudio Fernando Aguiar, who was candidate for mayor of Guarujá (coast of São Paulo) by the New Party in 2024, is investigated by the Federal Police on suspicion of involvement with the first command of the capital (CCP). Federal police searched his house on Tuesday (11) in the emerging operation.

Claudio’s name came up in the investigation from the breach of confidentiality of Bruno Costa Calixta cloud, known as Boy or Cachoeira, pointed out as CCP’s “discipline” in Guarujá.

The entrepreneur’s contact was saved on Calixta’s cell phone as “Dr Claudio Brother,” which according to the Federal Police allows “infer some kind of connection” from him with the faction, “because the” brother “nomenclature is commonly used by members of the criminal organization.”

The PF also found conversations between Claudio and Calixta, as well as videos in which the two appear together in a hype. In a message, the politician states, “Barely know that we are more bandit than him 50 times.”

In another dialogue, Bruno Calixt talks about friendship with Claudio: “Our friendship goes beyond a dinner right, doctor? So, with you I can spend a month without seeing you, but we see who is friend. The one who, without being in front of us, doesn’t talk bad about us, right? ”

In 2024, Claudio had 5,342 votes in the first round and did not get a place in the second round of the election for mayor of Guarujá. He was also a candidate for state deputy for the PL in 2022 and the governor for PMN in 2018.

The emerging operation searched 26 addresses in Sao Paulo, Paraná and Santa Catarina. A search and seizure warrant was also fulfilled in Portugal. Prison warrants against seven investigated and certain measures of blocking and kidnapping of assets and values ​​were also issued.

The investigation that led to PF to trigger emerging people was opened in April 2024 from Operation Sólis. The Federal Police aims at an international drug trafficking scheme. According to the PF, cocaine loads were being hidden in ships with the aid of divers recruited by the CCP.
