Justice investigates whether Alcolumbre used a jet from a company benefiting from the amendment
At the time, the company Saúde Link, which coordinated the Mais Visão program in Amapá — Alcolumbre’s electoral stronghold — was the owner of the jets private items allegedly used by the senator during the campaign.
The complaint was taken to the Electoral Court by Rayssa Furlan (MDB), candidate defeated by Alcolumbre in the 2022 election. The action — which is being carried out under secrecy — aims to revoke the senator’s mandate for alleged abuse of political and economic power.
Last week, FAB informed TRE-AP of the routes of two private jets that belonged to Saúde Link in August 2022. The spreadsheets show that one of them landed on an airfield owned by the senator’s family in the rural area of Macapá.
According to records in a FAB database, the twin-engine Raytheon BE58, for six passengers, prefix PR-BDC, left Macapá airport on August 16, 2022 and landed at the Hangar Comandante Salomão Alcolumbre airfield, in the same city. In the afternoon of the following day, the aircraft returned to Macapá airport.
The private airport is on the land of Isaac Alcolumbre, the senator’s cousin. To land on its 1,100 m runway, only with the owner’s authorization, according to two pilots informing the Facto News.
