Houthis classify US attacks on Yemen as 'war crimes'

“An American-British attack targeted a residential neighborhood in the north of the capital, Sanaa,” controlled by the Houthis, said the broadcaster Al-Masirah. So far, the British government has not confirmed bombing at Yemen.

Nine dead and nine injured, Houthis say. The Ministry of Health of the Hourhi government stated that “nine civilians died and nine others were injured, mostly in the severity, in the American-british aggression” against Sanaa.

War ships and US jets have launched attacks throughout the Yemen, according to the Washington Post. The action aims to radars, air defense places and drone launch points. The operation marks the beginning of a renewed campaign to degrade the group’s military capabilities, the publication said.

On March 11, the Houthis announced that they would resume their attacks on boats that they considered linked to Israel in the Red Sea. A demonstration of support for Gaza’s Palestinians.

The rebel group supported by Iran, which controls large areas of Yemen, claimed that it had made the decision because Israel had not allowed the resumption of providing aid to the Gaza Strip, devastated by a war between Israel and the Palestinian Islamic movement Hamas. The provision of help was blocked by Israel on March 2.
