Tax reform can eliminate “corpses” in the judiciary, says STF President
The president of the Supreme Federal Court (STF), LUÍS ROBERTO BARROSOexpressed this Monday (3) the expectation that the regulation of the tax reform will help eliminate “corpses” tax of the judiciary.
“Tax reform, also, in a good time approved by the National Congress, is beginning to be regulated and the expectation is that this simplifying effect decreases the litigation in tax matters in the country that corresponds to about 30% of ongoing processes,” said Barroso , in an opening ceremony of the judicial year.
“We need to reduce this litigation and with the expectation that we can regulate and also, so that we eliminate from the Brazilian judiciary the corpses in tax matters,” he added.
