Foreign observers told the column that it is a way to gather evidence to try to “push” in the US Congress plenary the vote of “No Censor On Our Shore Act”.

The bill was approved yesterday on the committee and may withdraw the American visa from the Minister of the Supreme Court (STF), Alexandre de Moraes.

Moraes has become the target of lobbying in Washington because of his decisions to block accounts on social networks of Bolsonarist influencers in the fake news inquiry and his dispute with X and Rumble networks.

In April last year, the Judiciary Committee had already summoned the X to send the Moraes court decisions that forced the platform to take accounts on social networks. The decisions were confidential in Brazil, but the X claimed that it was forced to send them because it was an subpoena. Jordan then made documents public on the internet.

In an interview with Facto News, Deputy Eduardo Bolsonaro said he talked to Mrs María Salazar, co -author of the law, and also with Jordan himself to resume the bill.
