Woman arrested for citing CEO’s killer after having medical request denied

American Briana Boston was arrested for threat after saying that the employees who denied her medical request would be “next”, in reference to the murder of Brian Thompson, CEO of UnitedHealthcare.
What happened
Woman called insurance company after having medical claim denied. Briana Boston, 42, called employees at health insurer BlueCross BlueShield last Tuesday (10). The call in which she allegedly made the threats was recorded and sent by the company to the FBI, which contacted the police in Lakeland, Florida.
Boston said “delay, deny, depose,” in reference to writing on the bullets that killed Brian Thompson. For the police, The words allegedly used by Luigi Mangione have become “recognized as anti-health insurers”, and reference strategies allegedly used by insurers to refuse treatment to their clients.
